This Privacy Policy explains how Bemol Studio (vocal studio, Minsk, Belarus, website bemol.by) collects, uses and protects information, including information received through our TikTok integration (the "BMtt" app).

1. Who we are
Bemol Studio provides vocal lessons for children and adults in Minsk. The BMtt app is an internal web tool used only by our staff to manage the studio's own TikTok account.

2. Information we collect via TikTok
When a staff member connects our TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit, with their consent we receive:
- basic profile information (open ID, display name, avatar) via the user.info.basic scope;
- the list of videos published on our account and their public statistics (views, likes, comments, shares) via the video.list scope;
- permission to publish videos to our account via the video.publish scope.
We do not collect data about other TikTok users, followers or viewers.

3. How we use the information
- to show which TikTok account is connected;
- to display our videos and their performance to our staff;
- to publish videos prepared by our staff to our own TikTok account.
We do not use TikTok data for advertising profiling and do not sell it.

4. Storage and security
Access tokens and video statistics are stored on our secured server and are accessible only to authorized studio staff. Tokens are used only to perform the actions described above.

5. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share information received from TikTok with third parties, except where required by law.

6. Retention and deletion
We keep TikTok data only while the account is connected. You can disconnect the app at any time in TikTok settings (Settings and privacy > Security > Manage app permissions). After disconnection we delete the stored tokens and related data within 30 days. You may also request deletion by email.

7. Website visitors and students
Personal data of website visitors and students (name, phone number submitted in forms) is processed to arrange lessons, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus. Full Russian-language policy: bemol.by/politica.

8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

9. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always available at this page.
