Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of the website bemol.by and the BMtt app operated by Bemol Studio (vocal studio, Minsk, Belarus).

1. The service
BMtt is an internal web tool that allows authorized staff of Bemol Studio to connect the studio's own TikTok account, view its published videos and statistics, and publish videos to it. The tool is not offered to the general public.

2. Eligibility and access
Only authorized Bemol Studio staff may use BMtt. By connecting a TikTok account, the user confirms they are authorized to manage that account.

3. TikTok
BMtt uses TikTok for Developers APIs. Use of TikTok is also subject to TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Bemol Studio is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.

4. Content
Users are responsible for the videos and captions they publish through BMtt and must own or have rights to that content. Content must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and applicable law.

5. Privacy
Data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Disconnection
The TikTok account can be disconnected at any time in TikTok settings. We may suspend access to BMtt at any time.

7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". Bemol Studio is not liable for interruptions of TikTok services or for indirect damages, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Studio services
Vocal lessons are provided under our public offer agreement (in Russian): bemol.by/oferta.

9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Belarus.
